We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a secure and enjoyable online experience. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain, and disclose information collected from users (each, a "User") of the product website ("Site").

In addition, our Venue Policies govern all bookings, rentals, and use of our facilities. Please read carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


Privacy Policy

Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in various ways, including but not limited to when Users visit our site, register, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, or engage with other features or resources on our Site. Information may include name, email, mailing address, phone number, and payment details.

Non-Personal Identification Information

We may collect non-personal identification information, such as browser type, device, operating system, or internet service provider when Users interact with our Site.

Payment Information

Payment information collected during purchases is used solely to process transactions and is handled securely by our payment partners.

How We Use Information

Protecting Your Information

We adopt appropriate security and storage practices to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of information.

We may update this policy at any time. When updated, the revision date will be posted. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.


Venue Policies

Refunds & Deposits
  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • If an event is cancelled less than 30 days prior, all payments are non-refundable.

  • If cancelled more than 30 days prior, payments (minus deposit) can be transferred to a new date OR refunded unless closure is due to government mandate or venue emergency.

  • Refunds for incidental fees may take 3–5 business days depending on the bank. Please allow 7 full days post-event before inquiring about refund.

Balance Due

Balance must be paid 30 days before the event (updated from 5 days).

Set-Up & Clean-Up
  • No extra set-up time is allowed. Setups must occur during the rental period.

  • Additional setup hours may be purchased at $75/hr.

  • Vendors requiring extra time must have their time covered by the client.

  • “Cleaning included. Décor set up not included.”

Liability Insurance
  • All events that charge entry fees must have a licensed and insured bartender.

  • Proof of insurance is required 30 days, 14 days, and 72 hrs prior to the event. Failure to provide will result in cancellation.

Rental Hours
  • Full day bookings are now 18 hours (6am–midnight).

  • Half day bookings are 6 hours.

  • Events may not go past midnight.

Food Policy

All food must be prepared prior to arrival.

Incidental Fee Charges

The $150 incidental fee may be withheld or additional charges applied for violations such as:

  • Trash left outside in back of the venue or front of the venue $price ranges based on clean up efforts required

  • Trash left on the side of the outdoor dumpster instead of put in the dumpster $75

  • Cleaning takes over an hour due to conditions. $150

  • Running over rental time. $150

  • Chair damage, Speaker damage, damaged/broke/stolen decor, table damage, sink damage, and tablecloth ruined beyond washing. Cost of repair

  • Paint damage/ wall damage in small portions on the line. Cost of repair

  • Helium balloons allowed to float at the ceiling $20

  • Defecation left in the bathroom anywhere except the toilet or trashcan. $150

  • Food dumped in the sink and left. $50

  • Stolen items. Cost of items exceeding $150 will forfeit the incidental fee and go against insurance.

  • Leaving A/C running $50

  • Unauthorized early access $150

  • Smoking in the building $150

  • Using open candles $150

  • Tampering with security cameras $150

  • Leaving doors unlocked $50

  • Missing keys $150

  • Confetti, rice, glitter, candy of any sort are stuck on the floor. $100

Event Coordinator Package

Let us take the stress off your shoulders.

Includes:

  • Up to 3 Google Meet planning sessions (30–45 mins each)

  • One 30-minute post-booking check-in call

  • Day-of event coordination (up to 5 hours onsite)

  • Custom setup map & layout diagram

  • Timeline creation & vendor coordination

Add-ons:

  • Additional planning call: $45

  • Additional onsite hour: $60/hr

Event Rewrite & Refinement

Perfect for clients who need help clarifying or redesigning their event structure.

Includes:

  • 1 rewrite of existing event plan or timeline

  • PDF presentation for vendors or helpers

  • 1 Google Meet walkthrough (30 mins)

Price: $125

Setup Diagram & Layout Only

Provide a clear picture of your vision.

Includes:

  • Custom table/chair layout (to scale)

  • Color-coded setup guide for decorators or team

  • 1 revision included

Price: $65

Google Meet Consultation (Standalone)

Need guidance? Hop on a quick call to assist with event process.

Price: $40 per 30-minute session

Basic Decor Setup

Execution of your décor without needing a full coordination package.

Includes:

  • Up to 2 hours of setup time (tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, signage)

  • Setup team of 1–2 staff

  • Based on your provided materials and layout

Price: $200

  • Additional hour: $75/hr

  • Setup of balloon decor: $50 add-on (if clients provides materials)

Post-Event Breakdown & Cleanup Support

We help you close out your event stress-free.

Includes:

  • Up to 2 hours of breakdown support

  • Assistance with packing, returning rentals to your car, and sweeping

Price: $150

  • Additional hour: $75/hr

Event Supply Sourcing

We source party supplies, linens, or decorative items on your behalf.

Includes:

  • Up to 5 items or vendor quotes

  • 1-hour research + delivery link list

Price: $60 per request

Custom Welcome Sign or Seating Chart

Professional Canva design labor 

  • Welcome Sign (24x36): $45

  • Seating Chart (up to 10 tables): $55

  • Custom QR code for digital RSVP or playlist: $15

All delivered as printable PDFs (print not included)

Party Favor Assembly

For clients who want gift bags done for them.

Includes:

  • Assembly of up to 50 favors

  • Table setup for display

  • Materials must be provided by client

Price: $100

  • Additional favors over 50: $1.50 per item

Content Capture Package (Not a professional photographer)

We’ll take photos & videos with your phone or ours for memories and socials.

Includes:

  • 1 hour of candid photos & reels footage

  • Upload to Google Drive or AirDrop
